Service Level Agreement
Circle Learning has developed a service level agreement built on several core philosophies.
Circle Learning:
Clients are entitled to a refund of 200% of the value of the time of service interruption (up to 100% of your monthly fee) for server or network downtime which exceeds 00.1% in any given 30 day period. Network downtime is measured from the time the network is 100% unreachable, until service is once again restored. In order to request a performance credit, you must email support@circlelearning.com within 5 days of service interruption. Applications will be reviewed by our personnel Monday – Friday during normal business hours. Refunds are non-cumulative and payable only to account holders whose account is in good standing.
In the event a server will be offline for scheduled maintenance or other preplanned activities, Circle will make reasonable efforts to notify clients not less than seven days prior to the scheduled event.
